Deliberate cold water therapy has vastly improved my mental and physical health, like many others already, allowing me to think clearer, feel incredible and recover faster from physical exercise. I got into health, nutrition and fitness at 17 and it’s been a consistent passion of mine ever since.

I have always had an innate feeling of wanting to help others. Well meaning and showing kindness is called Loving-Kindness in buddhism. In the pandemic, like many others, I struggled with my own emotions and that need to connect with each other. A buddhist counsellor was my first teacher who led me on my own journey of self-discovery to learning more about buddhism, mental health, meditation and psychology. With this inspiration I completed a BCAP Introduction to Counselling skills. Now through cold water therapy I get the privilege to help you.
